We are currently Beta Testing a F3Fit Mobility Class. Please Join us Sunday, 1/15 for this Beta Class!

After the workout, we will be asking everyone in attendance for their feedback. (this does not mean we will or will not be adding this class into our weekly schedule. This is a TEST class to get additional feedback after you are able to experience this new workout.) MOVE FREELY

The ability to move freely not only helps you to FEEL your best, but it can improve overall performance both in your workouts and in everyday life! From improving your golf swing to having an easier time putting your socks on, improving mobility will increase your range of motion and decrease pain in your daily activities!

STRENGTHEN THE CORE

Your core muscles support your entire body! Working on core strength has numerous benefits, from improved posture, balance, and movement to pain management and injury prevention. Expect a focus on strengthening the core during this class.

FEEL BETTER

This training will allow for easier and deeper movements while building strength and stability. Stretching your muscles and joints also leads to greater range of motion, improved balance, and increased flexibility. This can all lead to less pain! Your body is likely to feel better overall once you work on lengthening and opening your muscles. When your muscles are looser and less tense, you’ll experience fewer aches and pains. 

MOBILITY, FLEXIBILITY AND CORE EXERCISES WOULD BE COMBINED FOR THIS WORKOUT!
