Welcome to our amazing community of members — thank you for your ongoing support!
Our classes have a max capacity of 14 participants, each with their own personal workout station. The studio includes 2 bathrooms with plenty of space to change, but please note there are no lockers or showers. A water fountain is available, and bottled water can be purchased if needed. Please check-in at the kiosk when you arrive.
Please wear clean sneakers on the workout floor.
Storage space is limited, so we kindly ask that you bring only what you need.
PARKING INFORMATION
We are located on the corner of Transit and William behind Aldi in Lancaster/Depew. There is plenty of parking available in the plaza.
