WORKOUT POINTS: Every workout you complete earns points. The more consistently you train, the higher your score climbs.
WEIGHT LOSS POINTS: Points are also earned based on your total percentage of weight lost, so progressânot perfectionâcounts.
THE WINNER: The participant with the highest total points at the end of the challenge takes home $500.
